Punk Music Ear Training
Applied Ear Training Volume Eight used Punk rock tracks to teach contextual ear training. Like the Rock, and Heavy Metal courses Punk chord progressions are usually just a few chords but the way they are combined can often lead to confusion as far as the key center as well as making it hard to maintain the key center. Check out the tracks below and see how you do with the exercises. Remember that we recommend working with the Ear Training One Note Complete and Contextual Ear Training Courses before starting these applied ear training courses.

Thanks Muse Eek! Really enjoying these applied music ear training courses. I like the fact that you are using so many different types of music. That makes it very interesting and compelling. E. Rogers

I’ve been having difficulty maintaining the key center on some of these track but your recommendation to use TheMetroDrone® app has really helped on a couple of tracks R. Anders
I have to tell you that I enjoy this type of ear training over the Contextual Ear Training course. Doing this singing with real music just makes me practice more and I’m very psyched when I sing the notes correctly! H. Samson
