Whether you play guitar or upright bass or just about any instrument, Yoga for Guitarists with Joe Palese can help you if you are experiencing pain from playing or the many stresses of gigging. These can be carrying equipment or standing for long periods of time holding an instrument.

Playing can put the body into positions that are not always comfortable, such as holding hands up for long periods of time, or pushing shoulders forward. And sometimes we clench more and more, until our body simply stresses out.

Yoga for Guitarists addresses the specific physical areas where musicians have the most trouble, and uses the techniques that Joe has found to be tried and true.
