Jam tracks are one of the most important tools you can use to apply scales, arpeggios and any thing else you are learning on your instrument. They are also very useful for applying your ear training skills to real musical situations.

Backing tracks for popular songs

The download below contains MP3s of popular songs by classic rock and blues players from the 60’s to the present. These tracks are the song minus the guitar part. You can use these tracks to just improvise within the key or if you want to learn the actual guitar parts you have a track so you can test your ability. The original guitar parts are not included.
