Q: Can you help me with setting up a guitar practice schedule?

A:  It’s going to be a multi step process to get you going.  First I want you to read the Guitar Technique book and go to youtube and look at some of the video from Guitar Physiology a DVD I did for Truefire.com on guitar technique.  But first I need you to go to page 177 of the New York Guitar Method Primer Book One and learn the first C scale which is actually being played from a low F on the E string up to a B on the high E string.  Send me a video or upload it to youtube so that I can see what you are doing as far as technique.
